Please call 0333 023 8905 to make your payment by credit or debit card via our Telephone IVR system.
Before calling please ensure you have to hand your ticket reference number (found at the top right-hand corner of your ticket) and your vehicle registration information.
If the PCN Reference is not found by the IVR system, the PCN might have been cancelled and does not need to be paid, email us for confirmation on

You will need your notice number and a valid card with you when calling.

Once the payment has been processed you will be advised of such and the notice will automatically be updated on our system.
