Lost or Missing Tickets

If you have lost your notice number you may still use any of the described payment methods if you know the PCN number and VRM.

If you have lost the PCN and do not know the PCN ref, please create a Support Ticket at our Support Helpdesk providing the vehicle registration mark and the date of the incident, and give your full name, address and telephone number so that we may contact you again if we are unable to identify the notice.
