If the PCN Reference is not found please check you are appealing within 28 days of the contravention, and entering the details correctly, and that the PCN is not already paid.

Use the form to upload any supporting documentation, such as parking permits, blue badges or paid vouchers, it will only delay your appeal if you do not upload supporting documentation with your appeal.
