To Pay a PCN, you can do this securely online using the secure payment form which will automatically reconcile the payment against your PCN and the PCN will be closed.
If you wish to appeal against a Parking Charge Notice issued by us, you must do so within 21 days of the date of notice or within the time period stipulated on the notice/document you have received. Do not pay the PCN before appealing, as a PAID PCN will be closed and paying the PCN indicates you accept the Parking Charge.
You may appeal using the online form via the Appeals Page form on our website https://www.parkingenforcementagency.org/appeals/, which will automatically put your appeal on hold, preventing further action until your Appeal is fully processed. Our response will be sent to you by return email to the email address provided within your appeal, however, we cannot guarantee that such modes of communication are secure.
If you appeal to the IAS you will lose the right to pay the discounted amount due to the administration costs of responding to your appeal via the IAS.
If you wish to transfer the liability for this Parking Charge, please do so via the Transfer Liability form on this website instead of submitting an appeal.
